Reservation policy
There are two types of reservation for a private boat snorkeling tour in the Gili islands:
- Pre-booking with deposit via bank transfer, Wise, Revolut or Paypal online payment.
Please note that all payment to us is free of charges.
Once your deposit payment is received in our account, your reservation is guaranteed. - Without deposit: your reservation will not be guaranteed and your booking will depends on our availability.
You will pay the balance directly to the boat captain, only in cash and indonesian rupiah.
We offer only private boat snorkeling tours. With us, you won’t share your boat with other tourists.
July-August are the high season: it is better to book early to be sure to have a boat.
If you want to avoid the crowd, you can wake-up early and book an early private boat snorkeling trip at 7am.
Cancellation and No show policy
- No refund
Whilst we are sympathetic to circumstances that are not within your control, please understand that this is also not our fault and the 100% cancellation fee will still be charged.

Force majeure
Snorkeling Gili or its management shall not be held responsible for results a rising of “Force Majeure” and circumstances beyond the control of Snorkeling Gili. This includes but is not limited to wars, riots, insurrections, acts of nature and illegal acts.
